Penlee House Gallery & Museum is pleased to offer work placements to anyone interested in the museum and gallery sector.  Information about our general work placement can be found in this information pack. We can tailor placements to suit individual interests; please contact the Education and Outreach Officer to discuss this before applying.

If you would like to be considered for a work placement please fill in an application form and return this to the Education and Outreach Officer with a cover letter explaining why you would particularly like a placement with us.  We will contact you as soon as possible after your application has been received.

Due to the size of our organisation and the level of demand, we are only able to accommodate one placement at a time. We offer a maximum of five days. Some weeks are very popular. We offer placements to suitable candidates on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying as far in advance as possible.

If you have any questions

Please email the Education and Outreach Officer, Zoe Burkett.
