From 1 November to 31 March, we are open from 10.00am - 4.30pm (last admission 4.00pm)
Between exhibitions, it is necessary to close some of the galleries, so please do check what is open before making a special journey during those times.

PHYSICAL ACCESS - Penlee House is fully accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs and there is an adapted toilet and baby-change facility. Sseating is provided in most galleries and a wheelchair is available to borrow during your visit.
LARGE PRINT - There are large-print hand-out sheets of all label information: please ask for a copy to use during your visit.
AUDIO GUIDES - Portable 'PenFriend' audio guides, containing audio descriptions of selected paintings, are available to borrow. Please ask at the front desk when you arrive.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are welcome.

Three parking spaces at the back of Penlee House are reserved for disabled badge-holders. Please enter via the Morrab Road entrance (SatNAvTR18 4EP) If these are full, a further two spaces may be available alongside the building, marked 'No Unauthorised Parking'.
Fire evacuation routes mean that parking is not allowed in any other part of this area. If all spaces are taken, the nearest parking is on Morrab Road, subject to the usual restrictions, or disabled badge-holders may park free in the main Penlee House public car park (SatNAv TR18 4HE).
