A space for all

Built in 1865, as the home of the Branwell family. Penlee House is home to many paintings by members of the Newlyn School. It is also home to the Penzance Natural History and Antiquarian Society collection.

Full Name: Drawing

Brief Description: Unframed sketch of fisherman Mr. Cocking. On the verso are sketches of his hands with skeletal structure. Pat Rowe was a pupil of Stanhope Forbes during the 1930s, and this sketch was drawn under his tutorship.
