The Breadwinners by Walter Langley

Initiated in conjunction with Roger Langley's research for his book "Walter Langley - Pioneer of the Newlyn Art Colony" (which includes a listing of all the artist's known works), Penlee House is seeking to build a complete list, as far as is possible, of all works by Walter Langley or any of his fellow Newlyn painters.

If you own a Newlyn School painting, we would therefore be delighted to hear from you. Please note that this database will only include details about the works themselves: the identity of owners will not be included. Penlee House do not share ownership information with any third party and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality for such information.

We would be extremely grateful if you could print out and complete the database form which lists all the information we require, and send it to us at the address below together with an image of the work (even a snapshot would be helpful).
