Pamela Gerrish Nunn From New Zealand to Newlyn Dr Pamela Gerrish Nunn is Professor of Art History at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and has a particular expertise in Cornish women artists.

Sue Corfield - Caring for works on paper

Sue Corfield is an accredited paper conservator and will talk about the problems of caring for historic works on paper and give case studies on works she has restored.

Sue Lewington - Drawing inspiration
To coincide with 'The Magic of a Line' exhibition, one of Cornwall's best loved artists, Sue Lewington, will talk about the art of drawing.

Jo Mattingly - Beyond the Mousehole Cat
Dr Jo Mattingly will share some of her recent new research into the fascinating history of Mousehole resulting from her work with the Victoria County History project.

Ron Hogg - Before the Artists Came
Using old photographs, Ron will describe Newlyn as it was on Caroline Burland Yates's pioneering visit in 1879, and consider the artist who were already here when the Newlyn School first arrived.

Dr Pamela Lomax - Phyllis Gotch part 2
Following her 2007 talk, Pam Lomax now explores Phyllis's life from 1909, when Harold Knight painted her portrait, until 1937when she masterminded the Rosebud's journey to London.

Jan Clarke is property manager for Godolphin House (between Penzance and Helston), a captivating historic property which has recently been taken over by the National Trust.
