triple overlay millefiori glass jug, made by David and Beryl Langsworthy at their Sennen glass studio in 1997. Millefiori glass is made by gathering white hot glass from the furnace on the end of a blowpipe and then melting in coloured millefiori canes before encasing again with hot glass. The glass is then blown into shape and left to cool for over twelve hours.
