Borough of Penzance Yearbook and Diary 1972/73. Red cloth binding with the coat of arms of Penzance Borough Council on the front cover. Unusual format in that it starts on 21 May 1972 and ends on 7 July 1973 so that it is in line with the Electoral Year for Local Authorities. Information about the structure of the Council - names of Committees, Councillors, County Councillors, the Coroner, the Mayor, Aldermen and Justices of the Peace. There is a printed photograph of Councillor David Pooley who was the last Mayor of the Borough of Penzance. Also included are the dates of all Council and Committee meetings and personal memoranda of the author whose name is (sadly) unknown.
